INFILTRATE
Privacy Policy
Last updated: February 25, 2026

Infiltrate does not collect, store, or share any personal data. Period.

The Short Version

Infiltrate is an offline party game. It runs entirely on your device. We have no servers, no accounts, no analytics, no tracking, and no interest in your data. We made a game, not a data pipeline.

Data Collection

We do not collect any data. No personal information, no usage data, no device identifiers, no location data, no cookies, no analytics. Nothing.

Player names entered during gameplay are stored locally on your device and never leave it. They are not transmitted anywhere.

Network and Connectivity

Infiltrate works fully offline. The multi-device mode uses Apple's local connectivity framework to connect players over the same WiFi network. This is a direct device-to-device connection. No data passes through our servers because we don't have servers.

In-App Purchases

Infiltrate offers an optional one-time premium purchase through Apple's App Store. This transaction is handled entirely by Apple. We do not receive, process, or store any payment information.

Third-Party Services

Infiltrate does not integrate any third-party SDKs, analytics tools, advertising networks, or tracking services. The only external service involved is Apple's StoreKit for processing purchases, which is governed by Apple's own privacy policy.

Children's Privacy

Since we collect no data from anyone, we collect no data from children. Infiltrate is safe for players of all ages.

Data Storage

Game settings and local scores are saved on your device using local storage. This data never leaves your device and is deleted when you uninstall the app.

Changes to This Policy

If we ever update this privacy policy, we will post the changes on this page and update the date at the top. Given that we collect nothing, changes are unlikely.
